- Implement and promote the company's social responsibility policy.
- Enhance and internationalize social responsibility initiatives.
- Foster employee engagement with social responsibility efforts.
- Oversee diversity and inclusion programs, including anti-discrimination training and disability inclusion strategies.
- Manage partnerships with organizations like EPIC and La Cravate Solidaire to enhance equal opportunity initiatives.
- Coordinate workplace well-being programs, including mental health initiatives and parental policies.
- Promote the brand's craftsmanship through events like LVMH's Métiers d’Excellence.
- Organize and manage communication efforts for key events and internal awareness campaigns.
- Maintain and develop the internal RSE network, coordinating with health and safety representatives.
- Compile and analyze social responsibility reports and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +4 minimum).
- Strong interest in social responsibility and societal issues.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and organized with strong prioritization abilities.
- Curiosity and a hands-on approach to operational tasks.
- Reliability and humility.
Suitable for candidates with beginner-level experience in social responsibility or related fields.
Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +4 minimum).
