Christian Dior Small Leather Goods Studio Intern

1. Assist in the design and development of Small Leather Goods (SLGs), mini bags and belts from concept to production.
2. Support coordination between design, product development, merchandising and production teams to ensure timely delivery of collections.
3. Conduct research, produce sketches, renderings and mock-ups for new SLG proposals.
4. Follow up on prototypes, samples and production timelines; report on quality and compliance with brand standards.
5. Prepare and update product sheets, technical documentation, artwork and collection tracking reports.
6. Support inventory tracking and material management to facilitate sample and production flows.
7. Help organise team meetings and prepare internal presentations.
8. Perform day-to-day studio tasks to ensure smooth operation and studio efficiency.

1. BA or MA in Fashion Design (valid internship agreement from current school is mandatory).
2. Portfolio required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
3. Genuine passion for small leather goods, accessories and luxury fashion.
4. Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask across several collections.
5. High attention to detail and a quality-driven approach to materials and finishes.
6. Fluent in English; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
7. Previous internships or experience in leather goods, luxury or fashion are a plus.
8. Knowledge of leather materials and production processes is advantageous.
