- Provide strategic leadership for store planning and construction in the Americas, optimizing team organization and sustainable practices.
- Oversee execution of new store openings, renovations, expansions, and relocations, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Represent Dior in interactions with third parties, including general contractors, subcontractors, local architects, and landlords.
- Manage the entire process from inception to opening for new boutiques and renovations, ensuring alignment with global design standards.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, including sustainable practices.
- Develop and manage departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on store development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including landlords and government agencies.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in retail store planning, design, or architecture within a luxury brand.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with LEED standards and sustainable building practices.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a luxury retail environment.
- Visionary leadership and strategic thinking.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and CAD.
Minimum 15 years of experience in retail store planning, design, or architecture within a luxury brand.
Architecture studies are a plus.
Annual salary range of $320,000 - $350,000, plus bonus eligibility.
