1. Provide strategic leadership for store planning and construction in the Americas, optimizing team organization and sustainable practices.
2. Oversee execution of new store openings, renovations, expansions, and relocations, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
3. Represent Dior in interactions with third parties, including general contractors, subcontractors, local architects, and landlords.
4. Manage the entire process from inception to opening for new boutiques and renovations, ensuring alignment with global design standards.
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, including sustainable practices.
6. Develop and manage departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
7. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on store development initiatives.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including landlords and government agencies.

1. Minimum 15 years of experience in retail store planning, design, or architecture within a luxury brand.
2. In-depth knowledge of local construction laws and regulations.
3. Familiarity with LEED standards and sustainable building practices.
4. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a luxury retail environment.

Minimum 15 years of experience in retail store planning, design, or architecture within a luxury brand.

Architecture studies are a plus.

Annual salary range of $320,000 - $350,000, plus bonus eligibility.
