Christian Dior Senior SAP Project Manager

- Lead functional architecture analysis, design, and development of new functionalities within the SAP ecosystem.
- Participate in functional architecture design reviews and contribute to product roadmap and strategy.
- Coordinate and validate IT vendor deliveries for SAP Core Model solution deployments.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Dior's business processes through stakeholder engagement.
- Guide development teams in configuring and implementing solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional architects and business analysts for process integration.
- Lead design sessions, demos, and training workshops with business users and IT associates.
- Higher education in computer science, engineering, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 8 years of significant SAP experience, ideally within the retail or luxury industry.
- Proficiency in SAP MM&SD/LE; SAP CAR experience is advantageous.
- Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with POS/OMS integration is a plus.
- Ability to translate functional specifications into technical designs.
- Knowledge of global SAP deployment methodologies and support models.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven leadership and teamwork experience.
- Fluency in English.
