1. Lead functional architecture analysis, design, and development of new functionalities within the SAP ecosystem.
2. Participate in functional architecture design reviews and contribute to product roadmap and strategy.
3. Coordinate and validate IT vendor deliveries for SAP Core Model solution deployments.
4. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Dior's business processes through stakeholder engagement.
5. Guide development teams in configuring and implementing solutions to meet business requirements.
6. Collaborate with functional architects and business analysts for process integration.
7. Lead design sessions, demos, and training workshops with business users and IT associates.

1. Higher education in computer science, engineering, or equivalent field.
2. Minimum 8 years of significant SAP experience, ideally within the retail or luxury industry.
3. Proficiency in SAP MM&SD/LE; SAP CAR experience is advantageous.
4. Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills.
5. Experience with POS/OMS integration is a plus.
6. Ability to translate functional specifications into technical designs.
7. Knowledge of global SAP deployment methodologies and support models.
8. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
9. Proven leadership and teamwork experience.
10. Fluency in English.
