Christian Dior Senior Retail Facility Manager

- Lead the development of expertise in store maintenance, focusing on building technology, mechanical, electrical, and special equipment.
- Manage and monitor all facilities service contracts across Europe to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support DIOR store managers.
- Oversee facilities and project service providers, ensuring strong customer focus and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Acquire and dispose of property and concessions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with the Direction of Property & Facilities Management to ensure consistent project and process implementation across the business.
- Work with Country Managers and Finance Teams to establish annual financial targets and obtain necessary approvals.
- Manage facilities services delivery within agreed budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory obligations related to occupation.
- Support and collaborate with Retail Facility Managers/Teams in various markets.
- Manage minor works in conjunction with the Architecture Department.
- Organize retail back-of-house and office spaces for retail teams.
- Build strong relationships with Finance, Visual Merchandising, Retail, Architecture, Legal, and Security functions.
- Develop standards for preventive and reactive maintenance activities, capital expenditure requirements, and cost, quality, and efficiency programs.
- Involve in procurement of new contracts, preparing specifications, evaluating quotations, and recommending contract variations.
- Manage delegated facilities and project services budgets, forecasting, contract finances, and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular contract inspections and audits to monitor service provision, value for money, and legislative compliance.
- Promote energy and environmental management practices and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and other performance criteria.
- Adhere to statutory obligations and DIOR policies and procedures.
- Promote a culture of 'Exceeding Expectations' within the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex organizations, managing international retail networks and prestigious buildings.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
- Leadership and team inspiration abilities.
- Proficiency in Office Pack, AutoCAD, Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design).
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing providers and leading teams of at least 3 people.
Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering or Architecture.
