Christian Dior Senior Product Manager - Women's Footwear

- Guide the development of collections by preparing briefs for the design studio, outlining trends, market opportunities, and strategic directions.
- Construct the collection catalog in close collaboration with the Industrial Development team in Italy.
- Manage product codification and maintain product reference integrity.
- Edit the collection plan with the design studio and development teams, providing product recommendations and adjustments up to the showroom stage.
- Coordinate the availability of prototypes for various fittings requested by the studio.
- Collaborate with the industrial team to establish processes and workflows.
- Oversee technical development with the Industrial Development team.
- Present collections to support teams such as Legal and Customer Service.
- Validate model and name registrations with the Legal team.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising for the installation and development of specific props during showrooms.
- Independently manage special projects such as Couture Footwear, Haute Couture, and Bridal collections.
- Conduct continuous competitive analysis, monitoring collections, launches, and pricing strategies of competitors.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on competitive studies.
- Proven experience of 5 years in Product Development and Marketing outside of academic settings.
- Trilingual proficiency in French, English, and Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and initiative-taking abilities.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and autonomy.
- Dynamic, curious, open-minded with strong communication, listening, and observational skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Development and Marketing is required.
Degree from a Business School in Marketing and Management or equivalent.
