- Lead the development of small leather goods collections, including classic items and mini bags.
- Create and deliver collection briefs to the studio, focusing on trends, market opportunities, and strategic directions.
- Validate model and name registrations with the Legal team.
- Oversee technical development in collaboration with industrial and quality teams.
- Supervise marketing attribute codification and maintain product reference standards.
- Edit the collection plan with the Studio and development teams, providing product recommendations and adjustments until showroom presentation.
- Construct the modelario, serving as the collection dashboard and purchasing tool.
- Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the industrial team, including collection pricing, repricing, and margin control.
- Craft product narratives for internal clients.
- Organize showrooms, managing prototypes and product photoshoots in collaboration with the photo studio, and present products to Retail and Wholesale merchandisers.
- Conduct ad hoc market studies for top management needs.
- Supervise competitive studies and price mapping.
- Coordinate 360° collection launches, presenting collections and product strategies to press, digital, VIP/VIC, and training teams.
- Select and manage prototypes for various photoshoots and handle Press, Digital, and VIP orders.
- Create post-showroom summary documents, including purchase recaps for press, training, and launch packs for regions.
- Develop sales training content and tools for the boutique network with the Training team.
- Manage a junior product manager and an intern.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Product Marketing within the category.
- Educational background in Business School, Marketing, or Management, or equivalent.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general ease with IT tools.
- Ability to react quickly and proactively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and autonomy.
- Dynamic, curious, open-minded, with strong communication, listening, and observational skills.
A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in product marketing within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in small leather goods.
Business School, Marketing, or Management degree, or equivalent.
