Christian Dior Senior Product Manager

- Guide the development of collections by preparing collection briefs for the Studio, focusing on trends, market opportunities, and strategic directions.
- Construct the collection catalog in close collaboration with the Industrial Development team in Italy.
- Manage codification, monitoring, and control of the product reference system.
- Edit the collection plan in collaboration with the Studio and development teams, providing product recommendations and adjustments until the showroom phase.
- Ensure the availability of prototypes for various fittings requested by the Studio.
- Contribute to the establishment of processes and workflows in collaboration with the industrial team.
- Oversee technical development with the Industrial Development team.
- Present the collection to Support teams, including Legal and Customer Service.
- Validate model and name registrations with the Legal team.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising for the installation and development of specific props during showrooms.
- Autonomously manage special projects.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, monitoring collections, launches, and competitor initiatives, and perform seasonal competitive reviews and mappings.
- Formulate strategic recommendations based on competitive studies.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Product Development and Marketing outside of academic studies.
- Trilingual proficiency in French, English, and Italian, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, organizational, and initiative-taking abilities.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, autonomy, and dynamism.
- Curiosity, openness, and a well-developed sense of communication, listening, and observation.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Development and Marketing is required.
Degree from a Business School or equivalent in Marketing and Management.
