1. Develop and maintain accurate standard cost calculations for existing and new products.
2. Perform detailed cost roll-ups including raw materials, labor, machine time, and overheads.
3. Collaborate with research and development, procurement, and production to gather BOMs, routings, and standard times.
4. Ensure costing complies with internal policies and accounting standards.
5. Provide cost simulations and scenario analyses during development phases.
6. Evaluate cost impacts of design changes, material alternatives, and processes.
7. Contribute to business cases with reliable cost projections.
8. Update costs in ERP systems on a monthly/annual basis.
9. Run cost calculations and ensure consistency between forecasted and actual costs.
10. Support budget and year-end processes with up-to-date product costing data.
11. Analyze variances between standard and actual costs and recommend corrective actions.
12. Collaborate with Headquarters and operations teams to support profitability analysis.
13. Participate in or lead projects to optimize costing models.
14. Improve calculation accuracy and automate processes.
15. Support the development and implementation of costing and reporting tools.

1. Degree in accounting, finance, industrial engineering, or related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in product costing or industrial controlling.

1. Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally SAP CO-PC and PLM.
2. Strong knowledge of BOMs, routings, and cost structures.
3. Excellent Excel skills; BI tools are a plus.
4. Attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong analytical skills.
5. Good communication skills with non-financial stakeholders.
6. Experience in multi-product, multi-site environments.
7. Knowledge of activity-based costing (ABC) or lean costing.
8. Familiarity with product lifecycle costing (PLC) concepts.
9. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Minimum 5 years of experience in product costing or industrial controlling.

Degree in accounting, finance, industrial engineering, or related field.
