1. Lead operational and financial audit missions in France and internationally, across various activities including boutiques, manufacturing, and commercial entities, in alignment with the internal audit plan.
2. Prepare audit missions by establishing work programs and conducting data analyses.
3. Conduct interviews with stakeholders and document test results during audit execution.
4. Report audit findings to relevant country/zone/process management and draft audit reports with clear, actionable plans based on risks and business realities.
5. Monitor the implementation of action plans with operational teams.
6. Actively participate in advisory/internal control projects, including cross-functional studies, process redesign, IT tools, governance, and organization.
7. Implement processes and procedures to enhance internal control levels.
8. Serve as the contact point with regional Internal Control references to align Central procedures with regional specifics and share best practices.
9. Oversee the LVMH Group's internal control campaign in accordance with group and Internal Audit instructions.

1. Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, or finance from a Grande école de commerce, Grande école d’ingénieur, or a Master's in Finance/Audit.
2. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in internal/external audit, finance (financial management, management control), or management/strategy consulting.

1. Mastery of financial and operational process principles.
2. Knowledge of applicable regulations (GDPR, Sapin II Law, CSRD, etc.).
3. Ability to structure and draft clear and concise audit reports.
4. Understanding of IT, cybersecurity, and AI is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
6. Fluency in French and English is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
7. Critical thinking and analytical skills, pragmatic problem-solving.
8. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
9. Strong communication and persuasion skills with stakeholders at all levels.
