- Lead operational and financial audit missions in France and internationally, across various activities including boutiques, manufacturing, and commercial entities, in alignment with the internal audit plan.
- Prepare audit missions by establishing work programs and conducting data analyses.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders and document test results during audit execution.
- Report audit findings to relevant country/zone/process management and draft audit reports with clear, actionable plans based on risks and business realities.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans with operational teams.
- Actively participate in advisory/internal control projects, including cross-functional studies, process redesign, IT tools, governance, and organization.
- Implement processes and procedures to enhance internal control levels.
- Serve as the contact point with regional Internal Control references to align Central procedures with regional specifics and share best practices.
- Oversee the LVMH Group's internal control campaign in accordance with group and Internal Audit instructions.
- Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, or finance from a Grande école de commerce, Grande école d’ingénieur, or a Master's in Finance/Audit.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in internal/external audit, finance (financial management, management control), or management/strategy consulting.
- Mastery of financial and operational process principles.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations (GDPR, Sapin II Law, CSRD, etc.).
- Ability to structure and draft clear and concise audit reports.
- Understanding of IT, cybersecurity, and AI is advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Fluency in French and English is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills, pragmatic problem-solving.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Intellectual curiosity, autonomy, proactivity.
- Diplomacy, pedagogy, and leadership to guide and unite a team.
- Adaptability to various structures and environments.
- Commitment to collective values, ethics, and confidentiality.
A minimum of 5 years in internal/external audit, finance, or management/strategy consulting is required.
