- Lead internal audit missions, both operational and financial, across various activities including boutiques, manufacturing, and commercial entities, in alignment with the internal audit plan.
- Prepare audit missions by developing work programs and conducting data analyses.
- Execute audit missions through stakeholder interviews and documentation of tests conducted.
- Report audit findings to relevant country/zone/process management and draft audit reports with clear, actionable recommendations based on risks and business realities.
- Monitor the effective implementation of action plans with operational teams.
- Actively participate in internal control and advisory projects, including process redesign, IT tools, governance, and organization, in collaboration with other departments.
- Establish processes and procedures to enhance internal control levels.
- Serve as the contact point with regional Internal Control representatives to communicate Central procedures, adapt them to regional specifics, and share best practices.
- Oversee the LVMH Group's internal control campaign in accordance with group and Internal Audit instructions.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance from a top business or engineering school, or a Master's in Finance/Audit.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal/external audit, finance (financial management, management control), or management/strategy consulting.
- Mastery of financial and operational process principles.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations (GDPR, Sapin II Law, CSRD, etc.).
- Ability to structure and draft clear and concise audit reports.
- Understanding of IT, cybersecurity, and AI issues is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
- Critical and analytical thinking, pragmatic solution-seeking.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with stakeholders at all levels.
