- Serve as the HR Business Partner for the designated manufacturing site, providing guidance to functional managers and employees on all HR matters.
- Deploy a comprehensive on-boarding process and ensure effective HR administration.
- Advise management on labor law and employee relations activities.
- Support line managers in daily planning activities and manage industrial relations.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of employee data and contract changes.
- Manage workforce planning initiatives, including job rotation and flexibility.
- Coordinate local performance evaluations and compensation reviews.
- Execute the local employee experience strategy and develop HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights.
- Monitor HR Key Performance Indicators and address internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for effective management of contingent workers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field; preference for a Master’s in Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in labor laws and HR management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
- HR budget and cost management expertise.
- Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software, particularly SuccessFactors and Zucchetti.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluency in English at B2 level or higher.
- Advanced Excel skills.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic international setting, specifically focusing on manufacturing operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
