1. Serve as the HR Business Partner for the designated manufacturing site, providing guidance to functional managers and employees on all HR matters.
2. Deploy a comprehensive on-boarding process and ensure effective HR administration.
3. Advise management on labor law and employee relations activities.
4. Support line managers in daily planning activities and manage industrial relations.
5. Ensure accurate and timely handling of employee data and contract changes.
6. Manage workforce planning initiatives, including job rotation and flexibility.
7. Coordinate local performance evaluations and compensation reviews.
8. Execute the local employee experience strategy and develop HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
9. Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights.
10. Monitor HR Key Performance Indicators and address internal audit requirements.
11. Collaborate with third-party vendors for effective management of contingent workers.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field; preference for a Master’s in Human Resources Management.

2. Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
3. HR budget and cost management expertise.
4. Negotiation and conflict management skills.
5. High emotional intelligence and empathy.
6. Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
7. Proficiency in HR software, particularly SuccessFactors and Zucchetti.
8. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
9. Fluency in English at B2 level or higher.
10. Advanced Excel skills.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic international setting, specifically focusing on manufacturing operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
