- Transform toile and sketches from Modelists into models, ensuring strong collaboration.
- Identify necessary conditions for garment realization.
- Create volumes, perform manual sewing, cutting, gluing, pre-assembly, and assembly, followed by final quality control.
- Identify elements that enhance the garment through materials, techniques, and accessories.
- Work in accordance with technical instructions, chosen materials, and deadlines.
- Maintain the high quality standards expected by the Artistic Direction and the House.
- Conduct alterations following fittings.
- Proven experience in haute couture with high technical proficiency in garment making.
- Demonstrated expertise in volumes and material techniques applied to Flou or Tailleur.
- Passion, dexterity, and creative spirit for interpreting sketches.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, autonomy, and dynamism.

Minimum of 5 years in haute couture garment making.
