- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements in collaboration with the Italian accounting back office.
- Prepare and review IFRS reporting for the French parent company, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and appendices, with a focus on reconciling differences between IFRS and Italian accounting standards.
- Provide monthly gross margin reconciliation.
- Assist in the purchase order process and provide monthly follow-up, offering robust support to various departments and operational users.
- Conduct detailed monthly analysis of sales by store, product, and nationality.
- Analyze costs by cost center and type, identifying variances with the latest revisions, budget, and previous year.
- Recommend action plans for budget control and prepare budget and revisions according to group requirements and timelines.
- Contribute to the preparation of the 3-year plan and budget presentation.
- Participate in the preparation of store opening plans with retail and general managers.
- Engage in ad hoc business reviews with management and assist in business and finance control projects.
- Involve in internal audits and participate in Finance/IT project implementations.
- Reinforce internal controls and implement procedures to improve processing efficiency and controlling capabilities.
- Master's degree from a business school or university.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within an international group.
- Strong background in audit or accounting.
- Solid accounting knowledge with the ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts swiftly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with strong customer focus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dynamic with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- System-oriented with strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and Anaplan is advantageous.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is beneficial but not required.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within an international group, with a strong background in audit or accounting.
Master's degree from a business school or university.
