1. Define and communicate target stock levels and model stock for each store, market, and subsidiary according to product lifecycle and expected service levels.
2. Ensure inventory deployment aligns with demand and inventory levels in coordination with the demand planner.
3. Allocate products based on priorities, opportunities, and constraints related to transportation, shipping, and store space.
4. Monitor product availability and identify risks of shortages or excess stock.
5. Communicate product availability to stores and merchandising teams.
6. Identify opportunities for product rebalancing within the distribution network and organize inventory rebalancing.
7. Plan and organize new product launches and end-of-life product strategies in collaboration with retail and merchandising departments.
8. Optimize inventory depletion through sales, staff sales, returns, and disposal.
9. Review distribution planning processes for seasonal products.
10. Lead cross-functional projects related to distribution and supply chain optimization.
11. Create and publish reports on sell-through, sales conversion, availability rate, and other key metrics.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or Operational Research.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably within the luxury industry.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide recommendations.
2. Proficiency in handling large data sets with advanced Excel skills.
3. Experience with databases, Power BI, and SQL is advantageous.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to various stakeholders.
5. Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
6. Positive and open-minded approach in interactions.
7. Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in supply chain, with experience in the luxury industry considered an asset.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or Operational Research.

Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
