- Define and communicate target stock levels and model stock for each store, market, and subsidiary.
- Ensure inventory deployment according to demand and inventory levels.
- Allocate products based on priorities, opportunities, and constraints.
- Control product availability and report shortages or excess stock risks.
- Communicate product availability to stores and merchandising teams.
- Identify opportunities for product rebalancing within the distribution network.
- Organize and deploy inventory rebalancing between stores, markets, clients, and subsidiaries.
- Plan and organize new product launches and end-of-life product strategies.
- Optimize inventory depletion through sales, staff sales, returns, and disposal.
- Review distribution planning processes for seasonal products.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to distribution and supply chain optimization.
- Create and publish reports on sell-through, carryover, sales conversion, availability rate, and pullback compliance.
- Relevant degree, preferably a bachelor's in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or Operational Research.
- Understanding of demand and distribution planning principles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large data sets.
- Experience with databases, Power BI, and SQL is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt communication to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Positive and open-minded attitude.
- Ability to structure and synthesize data and processes.
- Result-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in supply chain, with luxury industry experience being a plus.
Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
