1. Define and communicate target stock levels and model stock for each store, market, and subsidiary.
2. Ensure inventory deployment according to demand and inventory levels.
3. Allocate products based on priorities, opportunities, and constraints.
4. Control product availability and report shortages or excess stock risks.
5. Communicate product availability to stores and merchandising teams.
6. Identify opportunities for product rebalancing within the distribution network.
7. Organize and deploy inventory rebalancing between stores, markets, clients, and subsidiaries.
8. Plan and organize new product launches and end-of-life product strategies.
9. Optimize inventory depletion through sales, staff sales, returns, and disposal.
10. Review distribution planning processes for seasonal products.
11. Lead cross-functional projects related to distribution and supply chain optimization.
12. Create and publish reports on sell-through, carryover, sales conversion, availability rate, and pullback compliance.

1. Relevant degree, preferably a bachelor's in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or Operational Research.

1. Understanding of demand and distribution planning principles.
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to provide recommendations.
3. Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large data sets.
4. Experience with databases, Power BI, and SQL is a plus.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt communication to stakeholders.
6. Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
7. Positive and open-minded attitude.
8. Ability to structure and synthesize data and processes.
9. Result-oriented and deadline-driven.
10. Fluency in English; French is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in supply chain, with luxury industry experience being a plus.

Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
