Christian Dior Senior Distribution Planner

- Define and communicate target stock levels and model stock for each store, market, and subsidiary according to product lifecycle and expected service levels.
- Ensure inventory deployment aligns with demand and inventory levels in coordination with the demand planner.
- Allocate products based on priorities, opportunities, and constraints related to transportation, shipping, and store space.
- Monitor product availability and identify risks of shortages or excess stock.
- Communicate product availability to stores and merchandising teams.
- Identify opportunities for product rebalancing within the distribution network and organize inventory rebalancing.
- Plan and organize new product launches and end-of-life product strategies in collaboration with retail and merchandising departments.
- Optimize inventory depletion through sales, staff sales, returns, and disposal.
- Review distribution planning processes for seasonal products.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to distribution and supply chain optimization.
- Create and publish reports on sell-through, sales conversion, availability rate, and other key metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or Operational Research.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide recommendations.
- Proficiency in handling large data sets with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with databases, Power BI, and SQL is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Positive and open-minded approach in interactions.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in supply chain, with experience in the luxury industry considered an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or Operational Research.
Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
