- Achieve sales objectives using effective sales techniques.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product details and stories.
- Know daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
- Manage customer database and clienteling.
- Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment.
- Develop local and international client book.
- Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
- Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
- Prepare deliveries and product packaging.
- Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
- University education or a Fashion school degree.
- English proficiency (C1-C2) is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of products and selling techniques.
- Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software.
