1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and meet daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling.
7. Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
8. Develop local and international client book and recruit top clients.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare products for delivery and ensure proper packaging.

1. 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University degree or Fashion school diploma.
3. Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.
