- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of supply chain data, focusing on demand forecasting, inventory levels, production schedules, and logistics performance.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain efficiency, stock-outs, lead times, and on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure data-driven decisions are integrated across all supply chain functions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems and reports, enforcing data governance best practices.
- Develop and deliver regular reports and visualizations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and optimize the use of supply chain planning software such as SAP, Oracle, Excel, and Power BI to facilitate data analysis and reporting processes.
- Coordinate follow-up with production areas towards Central Supply Chain, critically analyzing data and issuing appropriate alerts involving Planning, Procurement, Capacity, and Product Development structures.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in capacity planning and logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
- Advanced statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex logistical challenges.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in capacity planning and logistics management, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
