1. Provide exemplary, personalised client service in the Tuchlauben boutique, ensuring visitors feel welcomed and valued at an exclusive level.
2. Support the boutique team across all retail functions during Saturday trade, including shop floor duties and client hospitality.
3. Assist with operational tasks: unpacking and packing deliveries, organising stockroom inventory and maintaining boutique presentation.
4. Perform gift wrapping and merchandising to the maison’s standards, contributing to an elevated customer experience.
5. Respond to special client requests and assist colleagues to maintain a seamless, client-focused environment.

1. Entry-level candidate with strong motivation to build a career in luxury retail and an interest in fashion and the Maison Christian Dior.
2. Client-oriented mindset with a solutions-focused, positive attitude.
3. High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills appropriate for a luxury retail setting.
4. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
5. Availability to work Saturdays (role requires approximately nine hours per week on Saturdays).
