1. Lead sales planning for a specific product category across retail and e-commerce channels.
2. Facilitate consensus on global forecasts through collaboration with merchandising and finance teams.
3. Monitor and adjust sales forecasts in response to unexpected events.
4. Ensure visibility and accuracy of forecasts for stakeholders.
5. Execute and refine detailed forecasts, ensuring data integrity and appropriate parameter settings.
6. Collaborate with retail, merchandising, and finance teams to understand forecast drivers.
7. Contribute to inventory strategy development for existing and new products.
8. Plan and manage new product launches, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.

1. Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or merchandising within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry.

1. Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI; familiarity with Anaplan is advantageous.
2. Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
3. Strong collaborative and analytical skills.
4. Ability to manage data effectively and autonomously.
5. Initiative-driven with a product-centric mindset.

A minimum of 3 years in supply chain or merchandising roles within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industries is required.

Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
