1. Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
2. Assist customers in obtaining product information.
3. Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, manage stock, and assist with cleaning duties.
4. Perform assigned tasks including but not limited to handling deliveries, pricing or labeling products, conducting stock checks, and ensuring attractive product displays.
5. Ensure the execution of sales processes, adhering to the company's retail standards, principles, and objectives.
6. Support other departments as needed.

1. High school diploma or above

2. Strong customer service orientation and approachability
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high efficiency
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays

Previous experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.
