1. Greet, serve, and advise customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times.
2. Develop customer loyalty by building relationships through a personalized shopping approach.
3. Demonstrate product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
4. Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain knowledge of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Follow all stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the department.
9. Be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Maximize security and prevent theft of products.
11. Ensure the department operates according to company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
12. Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
13. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Strong knowledge of accessories and leather goods.
2. Previous experience within luxury fashion.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
5. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
6. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion.
