1. 2+ years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment.

4. Outstanding customer service skills, including in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
5. Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
6. Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required.
