1. Deliver best‑in‑class client service in the boutique, welcoming and advising customers in accordance with the Maison’s standards.
2. Drive sales and visual presentation of merchandise to reflect the Brand image and commercial objectives.
3. Manage and develop client relationships through CRM actions and proactive clienteling, including follow‑up communications and event support.
4. Provide accurate product information and personalised recommendations both in person and via telephone or e‑communication.
5. Resolve client issues collaboratively with the store team to protect client satisfaction and business interests.

1. Minimum three years’ experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or high‑end boutiques.
2. Ambition to grow within luxury retail and take on increasing responsibilities.
3. Professional, positive and client‑centric demeanour with strong empathy and communication skills.
4. Proven ability to work to targets, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
5. Flexible, committed and coachable with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
