1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service across all communication channels.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Engage clients with in-depth product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the client and the business.
6. Maintain boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Perform back-office tasks including preparation of deliveries and product packaging.

1. Interest and preferably experience in retail and/or service fields.
2. University education or a fashion school degree.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
