1. Assist the sales team and department director in daily commercial activities and client follow-up across the Greater Europe region.
2. Coordinate with sales administration on deliveries, restocking, and other logistical matters.
3. Consolidate and monitor weekly and monthly sales figures for partner shops-in-shop.
4. Proactively manage visual merchandising follow-up.
5. Organize various events and participate in sales activities within showrooms.
6. Manage order processing, follow-ups, and cancellations.
7. Prepare necessary sales documents and conduct product bestseller analyses.
8. Conduct sell-through studies and prepare training materials for men's and women's collections.
9. Create ad-hoc presentations, including competitive monitoring.
10. Support travel arrangements for the director and sales team, assist with expense reports, and organize meetings.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Management from a university or business school.
2. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commercial acumen.
5. A keen interest in fashion and luxury markets.
