4. Monitor boutique and client portfolio KPIs.
5. Ensure client well-being in the boutique, offering a personalized and memorable experience.
6. Proactively address the needs of a discerning clientele with expert advice.
7. Provide style recommendations tailored to client preferences and trends.
8. Maintain client relationships to foster loyalty and expand the client base both locally and internationally.
9. Utilize CRM techniques to enhance client retention through internal tools.
10. Participate in stock organization and maintain inventory knowledge to meet client demands effectively.
11. Suggest improvements for boutique processes and performance.
12. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance collective boutique performance.

1. Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills with international and local clientele.
2. Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with a keen interest in luxury fashion.
3. Team-oriented with a focus on individual and collective success.

5. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly valued.
