1. Oversee and manage the jewelry workshop team, ensuring optimal performance in production, including adherence to deadlines, cost efficiency, quality, and quantity standards.
2. Master the complete manufacturing process of assigned jewelry pieces.
3. Inspect and ensure the quality and condition of produced pieces.
4. Implement and enforce safety and risk prevention protocols.
5. Facilitate skill development and upskilling within the team.
6. Collaborate with HR and Production departments in recruiting and integrating new jewelers.
7. Enhance relationships with subcontractors.

1. CAP or BMA in Jewelry/Goldsmithing or related field
2. Over 7 years of professional experience in jewelry making

1. Expertise in complex jewelry operations
2. Effective communication with internal stakeholders
3. Proficiency in quality control and analysis of jewelry pieces
4. Aesthetic sensitivity and product awareness
5. Proficiency in jewelry-related operations such as sawing, filing, soldering, sanding, and assembling
6. Attention to detail and precision

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry is required.

CAP or BMA in Jewelry/Goldsmithing or related field
