1. Participate in gathering training needs from boutiques and trainers.
2. Co-develop the monthly training schedule and manage session registrations.
3. Ensure seamless communication between the Training department and boutiques.
4. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and manage RFPs.
5. Coordinate the setup of materials for training events.
6. Support trainers in executing their training sessions.
7. Compile and analyze monthly training activity reports and customer satisfaction metrics.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
2. Previous experience in sales or training within the luxury sector.

1. Strong interest in retail, fashion, and luxury industries.
2. Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
3. Creativity, organizational skills, and teamwork.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Familiarity with digital tools.
6. Fluency in French; English proficiency is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in sales or training within the luxury sector is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
