Retail Training Assistant Intern

1. Participate in gathering training needs from boutiques and trainers.
2. Co-construct the monthly training schedule and manage session registrations.
3. Ensure smooth communication between the Training department and boutiques.
4. Maintain good relationships with external partners and manage calls for proposals.
5. Coordinate the setup of materials for training events.
6. Support trainers in deploying their training sessions.
7. Develop and analyze monthly reports on retail training activities and customer satisfaction metrics (NPS & DCX).

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
2. First experience in sales or training in the luxury sector.

1. Strong interest in retail, fashion, and luxury industries.
2. Aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
3. Creativity, organization, curiosity, and teamwork.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and digital tools.
5. Fluency in French; English is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
