1. Support the Director in implementing the new onboarding initiative for Retail Teams.
2. Assist in adapting the onboarding process to enhance relevance.
3. Provide effective communication and follow-up on tasks, updates, alerts, and reminders.
4. Ensure employees are integrated with necessary tools and programs.
5. Create content such as PowerPoint decks for onboarding trainings and digital content for LMS platforms.
6. Innovate ideas and tools to deliver a top-tier experience for retail new hires.
7. Partner with external vendors for creative solutions in tool usage.
8. Monitor boutique training tools utilization and hold teams accountable.
9. Maintain the onboarding space within the internal retail app.
10. Support various administrative tasks including calendar management, training logistics, and vendor management.

1. Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience.

1. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Excellent follow-through practices.
3. Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
5. Strong time management skills and prioritization.
6. Ability to work under specific timelines and in fast-paced environments.
7. Ability to learn quickly and retain processes.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
9. Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.

At least 6 months of prior experience.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour.
