Christian Dior Retail Marketing Manager

- Define the global retail marketing event plan, monitor performance, and manage budgets.
- Support regional teams in developing retail marketing action plans as a clienteling strategy lever.
- Develop budgetary guidelines for regions/markets and track budgets for major events.
- Ensure data quality in management tools in collaboration with markets.
- Follow up on post-event actions, measuring performance in terms of business and client KPIs.
- Draft quantitative and qualitative feedback reports.
- Manage the execution of retail events across all categories, including collection launches, trunk shows, and store openings.
- Coordinate with central stakeholders (VM, BU, Image, Logistics, Studio) to ensure successful event execution.
- Create operational and 360 guidelines for regions and markets.
- Support all collection launches in stores with dedicated operational guidelines and develop innovative client animations.
- Coordinate and oversee global retail events with markets.
- Provide on-site support during major Maison events, including international travel (fashion shows, trunk shows).
- Manage four annual events in Paris during fashion weeks.
- Conduct competitive studies on major client events.
- Analyze client activations and provide feedback on major events.
- Present insights and propose improvements.
- Manage a team of two project managers and two interns, organized by category.
- International travel required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operational marketing, project management, event organization, and client development; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to persuade and build cross-functional relationships through collaborative communication.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, priority management, and proactive approach.
- Demonstrated rigor, diplomacy, stress resistance, autonomy, flexibility, creativity, and teamwork capability.
- Managerial aptitude.
- Sensitivity to luxury, brand, products, and retail.
- Fluent in French and English; trilingual is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
