1. Develop and implement retail strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness in Italy.
2. Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring alignment with global standards across Italian boutiques.
3. Contribute to the definition of the yearly budget and commercial plan.
4. Set and monitor budgets and targets for retail teams, ensuring actions are taken to achieve objectives.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize profitability.
6. Communicate feedback and requirements to the merchandising team.
7. Recruit, develop, and retain local clients.
8. Build and implement marketing plans in coordination with the Southern Europe clienteling team.
9. Negotiate with landlords and suppliers to achieve favorable commercial terms.
10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and luxury market practices, providing regular feedback.
11. Ensure consistent and exceptional customer experiences across all retail touchpoints.
12. Recruit and train employees to meet business objectives.
13. Develop team members through continuous coaching and career pathing.
14. Enforce sales policies and procedures and monitor inventory results.
15. Oversee advertising budgets, editorial results, and brand ambassadors.

1. Minimum 10 years of management experience in the retail luxury industry as a Retail Manager or Country Manager.
2. Strong experience in P&L management.
3. Experience with European market and landlords.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.

Minimum 10 years of management experience in the retail luxury industry, specifically as a Retail Manager or Country Manager.
