- Enhance the boutique's managerial structure and oversee a specific product category.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience in alignment with Christian Dior's standards.
- Drive sales growth and client development, achieving set objectives.
- Implement and execute the commercial strategy of Christian Dior.
- Manage customer service excellence, including client reception, sales, visual merchandising, and overall boutique presentation.
- Handle disputes in accordance with the brand's commercial policy and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor department performance through key indicators, propose and deploy action plans, and report results.
- Co-animate team objectives and motivate staff through daily briefings.
- Recruit, integrate, train, and coach team members, fostering individual development plans.
- Ensure proper organization and stock management within the boutique.
- Manage scheduling and enforce internal control procedures.
- Communicate managerial messages from the Boutique Director to the team and relay feedback.
- Conduct regular team reviews with boutique management to maintain a positive social climate and high performance.
- Disseminate information from headquarters and develop trustful relationships with all boutique departments and European counterparts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within luxury and retail sectors.
- Strong initiative and commercial acumen with a passion for fashion and products.
- Proven excellence in service and customer experience in a boutique setting.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
