1. Manage and oversee all maintenance contracts for installations across France and Monaco to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver high-quality, client-focused maintenance services supporting store managers.
2. Supervise service providers related to facilities and project work, ensuring a strong client focus and continuous service improvement.
3. Recommend and report work plans to the Retail Facility EMEI Manager to meet specific store requirements and objectives.
4. Coordinate service orders in accordance with agreed budgets.
5. Ensure compliance with all legal obligations related to maintenance activities.
6. Implement defined processes across the entire scope as directed by management.
7. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities, implement Facilities processes, and control costs, quality, and efficiency within the scope.
8. Identify internal client needs, conduct feasibility studies, and manage technical and administrative aspects of interventions within multi-technical contracts.
9. Participate in new contract negotiations with internal clients and support store openings with innovative technological equipment.
10. Monitor equipment management tools with contracted providers: BMS, GTC, CMMS.
11. Conduct regular inspection visits and audits of contracts to ensure service delivery and contractual compliance.
12. Adhere to and understand the implications of energy and environmental management, including training service providers.
13. Comply with DIOR's policies and procedures.

1. Higher education degree in building engineering or architecture.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within a complex organization, managing a retail network.

1. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
2. Strong teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
3. Experience managing service providers in retail equipment maintenance (cleanliness, electricity, HVAC, elevators, plumbing, layout).
4. Proactive, rigorous, methodical, with a strong sense of service.
5. Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design), and reporting.
6. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a complex organization, focusing on retail network management.

Higher education degree in building engineering or architecture.
