Christian Dior Retail Maintenance Manager

- Manage and oversee all maintenance contracts for installations across France and Monaco to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver high-quality, client-focused maintenance services supporting store managers.
- Supervise service providers related to facilities and project work, ensuring a strong client focus and continuous service improvement.
- Recommend and report work plans to the Retail Facility EMEI Manager to meet specific store requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate service orders in accordance with agreed budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all legal obligations related to maintenance activities.
- Implement defined processes across the entire scope as directed by management.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities, implement Facilities processes, and control costs, quality, and efficiency within the scope.
- Identify internal client needs, conduct feasibility studies, and manage technical and administrative aspects of interventions within multi-technical contracts.
- Participate in new contract negotiations with internal clients and support store openings with innovative technological equipment.
- Monitor equipment management tools with contracted providers: BMS, GTC, CMMS.
- Conduct regular inspection visits and audits of contracts to ensure service delivery and contractual compliance.
- Adhere to and understand the implications of energy and environmental management, including training service providers.
- Comply with DIOR's policies and procedures.
- Higher education degree in building engineering or architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within a complex organization, managing a retail network.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience managing service providers in retail equipment maintenance (cleanliness, electricity, HVAC, elevators, plumbing, layout).
- Proactive, rigorous, methodical, with a strong sense of service.
- Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design), and reporting.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a complex organization, focusing on retail network management.
Higher education degree in building engineering or architecture.
