1. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent and professional service.
2. Display a genuine passion for luxury and interest in the retail and fashion industries.

4. Utilize excellent organizational skills to support the team in operational tasks.
5. Support the team in maintaining high standards of Visual Merchandising and housekeeping.
6. Ensure back of house maintenance and follow Christian Dior procedures for garment protection and stockroom security.
7. Ensure stock safety and security.
8. Build relationships with colleagues across the Stock and Sales teams.
9. Perform additional duties as directed by the Management team.

1. Previous experience in stock, sales, or administration, ideally in a luxury environment (not mandatory).
2. Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Desire to develop a career in luxury retail.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Team player with good time management skills.
7. Committed, flexible, and willing to learn.

Beginner level experience in stock, sales, or administration, preferably within a luxury environment.
