1. Develop and implement retail strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
2. Oversee day-to-day retail operations in seven boutiques in Germany, ensuring alignment with global standards.
3. Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of retail talents.
4. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure exceptional client experience and sales target achievement.
5. Develop and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and financial performance for retail operations.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize profitability.
7. Manage project tasks related to the opening of new boutiques.
8. Create partnerships with local institutions and competitors.
9. Ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience across all retail touchpoints.
10. Collaborate with CRM & Merchandising Central Europe teams to define personalized clienteling and product strategy.

1. At least 10 years of experience in retail management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury retail market and luxury fashion industry.

4. Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus.

At least 10 years of experience in retail management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
