- Develop and implement retail strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness while enhancing the client experience.
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring alignment with global standards across seven boutiques in Germany.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of retail professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure exceptional client experiences and achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and financial performance for retail operations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions optimizing profitability.
- Manage project tasks related to new boutique openings, including planning, budget management, and team coordination.
- Create partnerships with local institutions and competitors.
- Ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience across all retail touchpoints.
- Collaborate with CRM and Merchandising teams to define personalized clienteling and product strategies for each boutique.
- At least 10 years of experience in retail management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail market and fashion industry.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
