Christian Dior Retail Coordination Intern

- Participate in the preparation and organization of the weekly Retail France Committee, including content development, agenda setting, and support material creation.
- Ensure operational follow-up for events and collection launches, coordinating between boutiques and headquarters, and managing logistics.
- Contribute to the recognition of top performers and engage retail communities through compelling content, best practice sharing, and collective initiatives.
- Support boutiques in implementing new field processes, such as Welcome, Floor Management, and new rituals.
- Assist in the preparation of Bi-Monthly Retail Paris Meetings.
- Contribute to the monitoring of employee development in collaboration with Boutique Directors, including OTO evaluations and action plan follow-ups.
- Propose innovative formats to enhance managerial exchanges and their impact on performance and engagement.
- Design and implement 'Happiness Management' initiatives within the Retail France office to strengthen team cohesion and engagement.
- Prepare presentation materials for General Management, including notes, summaries, business reviews, and boutique visit briefs.
- Coordinate weekly EMEA walkthroughs, selecting boutiques, highlighting key issues, and ensuring follow-up.
- Engage in transversal projects with managerial or HR implications, such as retail valorization and internal development programs.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Keen interest in retail, management, and field operations.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced skills in Excel.
- Passion for community engagement, operational tasks, and dynamic environments.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field.
