Christian Dior Retail Coordination and Network Animation Intern

- Participate in the preparation and organization of the weekly Retail France Committee, including content creation and agenda setting.
- Ensure operational follow-up for events and collection launches, coordinating between boutiques and headquarters.
- Contribute to the recognition of top performers and engage retail communities through compelling content and collective initiatives.
- Support boutiques in implementing new field processes, such as Welcome, Floor Management, and new rituals.
- Assist in the preparation of Bi-Monthly Retail Paris Meetings.
- Contribute to the development of employees in collaboration with Boutique Directors, including evaluation and action plan follow-up.
- Propose innovative formats to enhance managerial exchanges and their impact on performance and engagement.
- Develop and implement 'Happiness Management' initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and engagement within the Retail France office.
- Prepare presentation materials for General Management, including notes, summaries, business reviews, and boutique visit briefs.
- Coordinate weekly walkthroughs for EMEA Management, selecting boutiques and following up on key issues.
- Engage in cross-functional projects with managerial or HR implications, such as retail valorization and internal development programs.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's level 4/5).
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Robust organizational and project management abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in retail, management, and field operations.
- Proficient in PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills.
- Keen interest in community animation, operational tasks, and dynamic environments.
