5. Report directly to the COO, ensuring alignment with Dior House expectations and market demands.

1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in high-end restaurant management.
2. Experience in a Michelin-starred establishment is highly recommended.
3. Proven track record in profit center management.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Strong leadership and financial management skills.
