- Inform store and corporate leadership of potential security risks within regional retail locations.
- Relay corporate initiatives to store teams consistently.
- Enforce compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Protect employees and maintain awareness of safety issues.
- Implement standards and procedures to control internal and external loss.
- Ensure adherence to security standards and procedures.
- Conduct operational audits to ensure compliance.
- Initiate and lead investigations within the region and attend court appearances on behalf of the company.
- Centralize security vendor selection and compliance.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, documenting incidents in the boutiques.
- Network with local law enforcement.
- Coordinate security and safety during events and other functions.
- Facilitate training to create awareness in retail locations and advise on Dior policies and procedures.
- Motivate store personnel in loss prevention strategies and techniques.
- Visit boutiques and roll out new training as needed.
- Provide weekly reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations to business leaders.
- Establish a strong and efficient escalation process.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Asset Protection or Loss Prevention.
- At least 3 years of multi-store experience.
- WZ Certified, CFI Preferred.
- Ability to travel within the Central region as required.
- Working knowledge of security and asset protection equipment (CCTV, alarm systems, access control platforms).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
