1. Manage and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
2. Develop necessary tools and update procedures and specifications.
3. Prepare and monitor the annual laboratory budget.
4. Ensure raw materials and finished products meet Baby Dior's specifications.
5. Organize quality tests and controls in factories.
6. Receive, analyze, and communicate quality reports.
7. Manage quality control service providers.
8. Measure and analyze customer satisfaction and manage returns.
9. Define, monitor, and animate internal quality indicators.
10. Engage with suppliers through assessments, action plans, and training.
11. Manage quality risks and internal assessments.
12. Lead, support, and train quality controllers, conducting regular and annual individual reviews.

1. Proven experience in quality management with technical expertise in textiles and production processes.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, autonomy, and dynamism.
3. Proactive and reactive capabilities.
4. High level of rigor and efficiency.
5. Curiosity, openness, and a proactive approach.
6. Willingness to travel regularly to suppliers in Italy and Portugal.
7. Fluency in English and French; Italian is advantageous.
8. Proficiency in Excel.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with substantial technical expertise in textiles and production.

Degree from a textile engineering school or equivalent.
