1. Oversee the entire quality management system from development through production, ensuring high standards for product quality.
2. Collaborate with Development, Production, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality requirements early in the product development process.
3. Maintain adherence to reference masters and guidelines for raw material analysis and testing.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product reliability.
5. Develop testing protocols, inspection methods, and validation processes to monitor product quality.
6. Implement and oversee quality management processes, ensuring consistency and reliability at every stage.
7. Standardize quality assurance protocols to align with customer specifications and regulatory standards.
8. Utilize methodologies such as Six Sigma and SPC to analyze quality data and improve process efficiency.
9. Develop and manage the supplier quality program in collaboration with sourcing and procurement teams.
10. Define and monitor key performance indicators related to product and raw material quality.
11. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
12. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality assurance team.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Industrial field; Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality and Supplier Quality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management and quality management software.
4. Expertise in quality control methodologies such as Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and RCA.
5. Proficiency in quality auditing, process validation, and testing protocols.

1. Cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
2. Leadership, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving.
3. Negotiation skills and conflict management.
4. Strategic action translation and addressing complex operational challenges.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
6. Advanced English proficiency; French is a plus.
7. Advanced Excel proficiency.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality and Supplier Quality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing product quality from development to production.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Industrial field.
