1. Conduct supplier quality audits, including CQ processes and specific procedures.
2. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in workshops, coordinating with quality interlocutors through follow-up committees and shared tools.
3. Identify and manage control criteria through sensory analysis.
4. Calculate key performance indicators and lead quality meetings with workshops.
5. Draft detailed quality performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
6. Oversee the implementation of new quality control procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
7. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions.
8. Collaborate closely with the after-sales service to analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
9. Develop and maintain quality standards and documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and audit reports.
10. Participate in supplier selection and evaluation to ensure compliance with Dior's quality standards.
11. Travel as required for the role.

1. Advanced degree (Bac +5) in production engineering or quality management.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in the jewelry industry, with a strong understanding of production and quality control processes.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the jewelry industry is required.

Advanced degree in production engineering or quality management.
