Christian Dior Public Relations Trainee

1. Generate weekly press reports and press clippings for celebrity categories from both print and online publications
2. Work with the entertainment relations team to fulfill dressing requests and coordinate fittings for womenswear and menswear
3. Develop monthly 'covers' press reports for all categories
4. Manage social media press reviews
5. Compile 'industry news' reports
6. Sample trafficking for VIP requests for womenswear and menswear
7. Assist during PR events and fashion shows with RSVPs and putting together dressing lists for alignment and visibility
8. Coordinate celebrity/influencer stylings and fittings (VIP)
9. Maintain showroom/closet organization and presentation
10. Coordinate and track international and domestic shipping of samples/gifts
11. Coordinate gifting strategies and send-outs
12. Track VIP placements for reports
13. Manage logistics including shipping and receiving samples for editorials and celebrity fittings
14. Perform other tasks as assigned

1. Full-time, 12-month program
2. Must be available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
3. At least 6 months of prior experience

1. Strong communication skills both verbal and written
2. Excellent follow-through practices
3. Exercise good judgment with a high level of maturity and discretion in interactions with celebrities and the press
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups
6. Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
7. Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility
8. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
9. Knowledge of Fashion GPS

Beginner level experience required.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour.
