1. Oversee the operations of La Galerie Dior, including event organization.
2. Manage maintenance activities in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.
3. Handle administrative, legal, and budgetary aspects of La Galerie projects.
4. Conduct occasional guided tours of La Galerie Dior.
5. Coordinate the programming and general coordination of exhibitions at La Galerie Dior, from project inception to execution.
6. Support the Director of La Galerie in all activities, including schedule management, meeting organization, and minute-taking.
7. Work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.

1. In-depth knowledge of the museum and cultural institution sector, both in France and internationally.
2. Interest in fashion and its history, with an understanding of its organization and current trends.
3. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Strong organizational skills.
