- Support the Planning and Scheduling team for Small and Medium Jewelry.
- Record and verify the consistency of purchase prices for received jewelry pieces.
- Resolve reception and invoicing anomalies.
- Integrate weights into the ERP system to meet customs requirements.
- Receive delivered pieces at the headquarters.
- Prepare pieces for shuttle dispatch three times a week.
- Place and send orders and labels to workshops.
- Collaborate with the logistics warehouse team to prioritize receptions and streamline the flow of pieces.
- Business school student (Bac+4/5: Gap year or end-of-studies internship).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of M3 (ERP) is a plus.
