1. Support the Planning and Scheduling team for Small and Medium Jewelry.
2. Record and verify the consistency of purchase prices for received jewelry pieces.
3. Resolve reception and invoicing anomalies.
4. Integrate weights into the ERP system to meet customs requirements.
5. Receive delivered pieces at the headquarters.
6. Prepare pieces for shuttle dispatch three times a week.
7. Place and send orders and labels to workshops.
8. Collaborate with the logistics warehouse team to prioritize receptions and streamline the flow of pieces.

1. Business school student (Bac+4/5: Gap year or end-of-studies internship).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of M3 (ERP) is a plus.
