1. Assist Product Managers within the Maison Division of Christian Dior Couture.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Operational Marketing team.
3. Monitor ongoing collection developments.
4. Update permanent and seasonal collection plans.
5. Manage product referencing in the ERP system.
6. Oversee prototype requests and coordination with suppliers, ensuring timely dispatch to relevant stakeholders such as Image and Press departments.
7. Archive products by collection in collaboration with the Heritage department.
8. Conduct regular benchmarking of competitors and product types, maintaining and updating sector price arrows.
9. Support CRM development and projects related to trade shows.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or related field.
2. Demonstrated sensitivity to product development and a strong understanding of the creative and competitive lifestyle industry.
3. Previous experience in product development or in the home decor/tableware sector is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with external partners and internal departments.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Team-oriented with strong analytical skills.
5. Exhibits rigor, autonomy, and creativity.

Entry-level experience, ideally with exposure to product development or the home decor industry.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or related field.
