1. Assist the Press Assistants for Europe (excluding France) and the Middle East.
2. Coordinate and organize magazine shootings in the designated regions.
3. Receive and process shooting requests.
4. Check the availability of requested looks using a booking table.
5. Negotiate with other regions in case of conflicts over the same looks.
6. Book looks for the requested dates.
7. Prepare looks at the showroom.
8. Send looks via the press showroom.
9. Ensure timely return of looks.

1. Dynamic, organized, and responsive profile.
2. Experience in handling shopping requests.
3. Familiarity with the luxury and fashion industry.

1. Fluent in French and English, primarily written.
2. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Bac +2 level education.
