1. Assist the two European and Middle Eastern Press Assistants in coordinating magazine shoots.
2. Manage communications with international offices to organize regional 'shoppings' or shoots.
3. Receive and process shooting requests, verifying the availability of requested looks using a booking system.
4. Negotiate with other regions to resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritizing certain publications.
5. Book and prepare looks for shoots, ensuring timely dispatch from the press showroom.
6. Ensure the timely return of looks post-shoot.
7. Directly liaise with stylists and journalists for certain European regions.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2)
2. Fluency in French and English, primarily written
3. Previous experience in handling fashion 'shoppings'
4. Familiarity with the luxury and fashion industry

Entry-level experience with prior exposure to fashion 'shoppings' preferred.
