1. Manage and coordinate the activities of three multidisciplinary teams responsible for IT product and service management, including PIM/DAM and Content Management.
2. Ensure the successful execution of projects within time, quality, and budget constraints, while maintaining the smooth operation of ongoing services.
3. Lead and supervise product teams composed of Product Owners, developers, and technical experts.
4. Ensure project coherence and alignment with business needs.
5. Manage budget allocations effectively.
6. Oversee product backlogs and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and strategic objectives.
7. Ensure timely delivery of IT projects, adhering to budget and quality standards.
8. Monitor ongoing operations and ensure the availability of critical services for eCommerce, Retail, and events.
9. Collaborate closely with Business Owners, business teams, and other IT departments.
10. Communicate the technological vision of products to stakeholders effectively.
11. Implement performance indicators and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
12. Identify areas for process and tool enhancements.
13. Promote best practices and encourage innovation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience, with significant experience in team management.

2. Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize and make decisions.
4. Commitment to continuous improvement and resilience in the face of challenges.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Professional proficiency in English.
7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
8. Experience in managing within an IT department, with an understanding of eCommerce and retail ecosystems.
9. Experience in integrating external solutions and managing vendors.
10. Knowledge of PIM or DAM is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of experience, including significant experience in team management within an IT department.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
