1. Oversee the accuracy of shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
2. Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed.
3. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safekeeping of funds and property.
5. Train and lead associates in operations tasks such as POS procedures and security protocols.
6. Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, and returns processes.
7. Ensure store security and compliance with safety codes.
8. Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
9. Manage back-of-house operations and organization.
10. Oversee store opening, closing, and security procedures.
11. Assist with payroll management and scheduling.
12. Address service, efficiency, and productivity issues.
13. Provide exceptional customer service.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Adherence to company policies and procedures.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.
