1. Manage day-to-day non-selling functions of the boutique.
2. Supervise shipping and receiving, after sales, inventory control, and loss prevention.
3. Oversee POS functions and facilities maintenance.
4. Ensure accurate processing of store inventory through verification and auditing.
5. Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area.
6. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Train and lead associates in operations tasks.
9. Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
10. Ensure security and safety compliance.
11. Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
12. Organize back-of-house operations.
13. Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
14. Assist with payroll management and scheduling.
15. Address issues in store service, efficiency, and productivity.
16. Provide outstanding customer service.

1. At least 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.

Minimum 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
