- Oversee the accuracy of shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
- Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safekeeping of funds and property.
- Train and lead associates in operations tasks such as POS procedures and security protocols.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, and returns processes.
- Ensure store security and compliance with safety codes.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
- Manage back-of-house operations and organization.
- Oversee store opening, closing, and security procedures.
- Assist with payroll management and scheduling.
- Address service, efficiency, and productivity issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Minimum 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
